The Guarantee
If your appraisal isn't reduced, we refund your $149.
Every Arsenal tier purchase is backed by an outcome-based money-back guarantee. The only thing we sell is leverage at the hearing — if the leverage doesn't produce a reduction, you don't pay for it.
The Promise
Full $149 refund if MCAD / BCAD / WCAD / TCAD does not reduce your appraised value at hearing.
We process refunds within 5 business days of approval. No fight, no friction.
What you have to do
- Attend or formally submit your hearing. An ARB hearing must actually occur — either in-person, by phone, or via §41.45(b) written-affidavit submission. The guarantee covers customers who showed up; it doesn't cover customers who never filed Form 50-132.
- Bring our packet. The hearing-ready packet, §41.461 evidence-discovery letter, Form 50-132, admissions library, and counter-strike rebuttals must all be submitted as evidence. The guarantee verifies the leverage wasn't the bottleneck.
- Email us your final ARB determination within 14 days of the hearing. Submit at your portal — upload the ARB Order Determining Protest PDF (the official one signed by the ARB chair). We verify against the determination, not against your description.
What counts as "reduced"
The ARB's final determined appraised value must be lower than the value on the Notice of Appraised Value you received before the protest. Even $1 of reduction is a reduction. We don't require you to hit the specific demand value in our packet.
Informal-hearing reductions count. ARB-formal-hearing reductions count. §41.45(b) written affidavit reductions count. Settlement-before-hearing reductions count.
What doesn't qualify
- Customers who didn't actually file Form 50-132 with the appraisal district before the May 15 deadline (or 30 days after the notice mail date, whichever is later).
- Customers who scheduled a hearing but withdrew the protest before the ARB determined a value.
- §25.25(c) Motion-to-Correct refunds (those are a separate 5-year-lookback play, sold as Prior-Year Recovery — different statute, different guarantee).
- Cases where the homeowner submitted evidence outside our packet that the ARB found non-credible. We can't guarantee outcomes when the customer's own evidence undermines the leverage.
How the refund happens
File the claim at /portal/[your-pid]/guarantee/claim. We acknowledge within 1 business day. Once we verify the determination, the Stripe refund posts within 5 business days. The refund returns to the original payment method.
If we deny your claim, we send you the specific reason in writing and you have 14 days to appeal with additional evidence. Disputes go to a human, not a chatbot.
Why we can offer this
The §42.26(a)(3) equity-and-uniformity attack we run uses MCAD's / BCAD's / WCAD's / TCAD's own classification of comparable properties as the proof. The appraisal district can't dispute its own classification without admitting the methodology is broken — that's what makes the leverage so durable. Our packet wins for the overwhelming majority of customers; the small fraction that don't win get their money back. Both outcomes are fine with us.
These terms apply to the Arsenal tier ($149). Basic Math ($99) is a self-serve product and is not covered by an outcome-based guarantee. White Glove (sold out) operates on a contingency model — you only pay 25% of confirmed savings, so there's no up-front money to refund.
